Well, firstly, I want to let you know that this site is not an official publication of the Board of Directors for the Chateau de Vie Six Homeowner’s Association.  It is my own personal project.  Perhaps one day we will be able to adopt such a platform officially for the Association, but until that day, this channel will be where I can unilaterally express my thoughts as a Class A member of the Association.

I would love to rely solely on Town Square for news regarding what’s going on in the community, however, TownSQ lacks the ability to publish information in a blog format like this, and the tools provided inside of TownSQ aren’t as robust as the tools w

e have in the WordPress community to connect with the intended audience and collect valuable information needed to help make the best decisions for the community.

TownSQ allows us to make announcements and create events. It does not provide a good platform for newsletter digests and regular articles about the community.

TownSQ is not owned by our current management company, Associa of Arizona. It is utilized as a benefit to all of their customers, but TownSQ is an independent software developer. This would mean that should the board of directors deem it necessary to change management companies, again, we would lose free access to TownSQ and all of our data, and would need to consider adding TownSQ to our vendor portfolio as an official tool for Chateau De Vie Six in order to continue.
